VIVIFY COLLECTIVE – CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN CONSULTING
- Analyzing specifications, architectural drawings, and other documentation to prepare shop drawings for Individual Clients, Architects, General and Sub-Contractors.
- Coordinate projects with Engineers
- Revising shop drawings based on mark-ups by Client & Architect
- Providing Field Verification of Existing Condition
- Preparing final record set of shop drawings based on approved mark-ups.
- Developing proper fabrication and installation drawings to be used by project managers and a shop for manufacturing/installation of final product.
- Prepare shop work/job orders
